High-temperature valve testing has been successfully completed at temperatures reaching 536°F (280°C), validating reliable performance under extreme thermal conditions.
To simulate real-world industrial environments, thermal oil was heated in a controlled system and circulated through the valve assembly. This thermal performance validation process replicates demanding operating conditions commonly found in chemical processing, energy systems, and industrial manufacturing applications.
The results demonstrated consistent actuation, stable sealing performance, and structural integrity throughout sustained exposure to elevated temperatures.
